Emotional & Physical Support
As your doulas...
We will provide both guidance, education, physical and emotional support for the birthing person as well as their entire family for the full duration of
the pregnancy. We will help you to imagine your ideal birth and to draw up a birth plan. We will discuss coping and support styles as well as fears and
concerns. We will work as your advocates to help communicate your desires to your medical providers. According to your comfort one of us will assist you in early labor at home and stay with you until baby arrives- whether that be at home, hospital, or birth center via vaginal delivery or cesarean. Once baby has arrived we will check in on you in your home and help with any needed emotional support as well as light house work. We will provide you with helpful community resources to use before and after baby arrives.

Cost
Co-Birth Doula Service

$2600 for Co-Doula package
50% due at hire
25% due week of first prenatal
25% due week of second prenatal
